Insurance
We are happy to file your insurance claims to your insurance company as a courtesy to you. Please remember, your policy is a contract between you and the insurance company. Our services are rendered to you, not the insurance company. Therefore, you are responsible for payment of all treatment fees.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will estimate your deductible and co-pay and file your insurance for the estimated balance. Your estimated portion is due on the day of service. We can only ESTIMATE your benefits. Once we receive payment from your insurance company, we will make any necessary adjustments to your account. If a balance is remaining, you are expected to remit payment IN FULL using one of our many flexible payment options.

Remember, each insurance company offers multiple polices that vary greatly in benefits, therefore your Human Resource department or insurance agent is the BEST place to get specific, current information regarding your policy.
